At one time I worked in the after market automotive business while working for a major auto parts distribution center. Anything over $50 wholesale is market up to 100% retail. The only time I take in my bike for repairs is when I absolutely have to and then I take it a dealership I can trust. I travel 50 miles from where I bought the bike for everything because the local dealership has proven to me that they just don't care and this dealership has that reputation amongst other dealership. My attempts at contacting anyone above the complaint department has been futile. I am with you.
